Policy on children staying with parents:

- Children between the ages of 0-5 years are free of charge.
- Children between the ages of 5-12 years, sharing a room with parents will be charged 50% of the applicable rate.
- Children above the age of 12 are considered adults and pay full rates.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30% deposit in order to secure your booking
- Balance to be paid 30 days before the date of your arrival
- Any bookings made less than 30 days before your arrival date need to be made in full at the time of booking
- Any cancellations made more than 30 days before the date of your arrival will lead to a forfeit of the deposit
- 0-30 days - a cancellation fee of 100%
